How quickly will I receive a response?
Most enquiries are answered within one business day. Documentation requests that need a lot pulled from the archive can take slightly longer — we will tell you if that is the case rather than leave you waiting.
How can I track my order?
Every parcel is issued a tracking number at dispatch, in the format PX-0000-0000, and it is sent to you by email. Enter it in the shipment tracker on our home page to see which stage it has reached, the carrier, and the lot inside the box. You do not need an account to look it up.
I received the wrong item, or my order arrived damaged.
Email docs@purna.plus with your tracking number and a photograph of the vial and outer packaging as received. Shipments are covered in transit, so anything that arrives compromised is replaced — we would rather reship than have you work with material whose handling is in question.
How do I get a Certificate of Analysis for my order?
A CoA is issued with the lot at dispatch and is matched to the lot number printed on your vial. If you need it in advance of ordering, or need an archived lot re-sent, request it from docs@purna.plus with the compound and lot number.
How can I verify the quality of what I received?
Check that the lot number on the vial matches the one on the certificate that accompanied it. The CoA records the assay method, the identity and purity results, and the date the lot was released. Any discrepancy between the two is worth raising with us before the material is used.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Tiered pricing is available for recurring research programmes and multi-lot commitments, and material can be reserved from upcoming production runs. Send the compounds, quantities, and rough timeline to partners@purna.plus and we will quote against it.
What are these compounds approved for?
Nothing sold here is a drug or a supplement. Every compound is supplied for in vitro and laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic procedures, and none of it has been evaluated by the FDA.
