What we sell, and what we do not claim
Our compounds are supplied as research reagents to be handled by people trained to work with them, in an appropriate laboratory setting. We make no claim that any compound treats, prevents, diagnoses, or cures any condition, because we have not established that and are not permitted to imply it.

What you confirm when you order
By placing an order you tell us, and we rely on, the following:

- You are buying for legitimate research purposes and not for human or veterinary use.

What a certificate of analysis does and does not tell you
Each lot is assayed and ships with a certificate recording identity and purity as measured at the time of testing. That is a statement about the batch as it left the laboratory. It is not a guarantee of how the material will behave in your assay, and it does not survive mishandling — results depend on your storage, reconstitution, and experimental conditions, none of which we control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, purna+ and the people who work for it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or this site, including lost profits or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to hold purna+ harmless from claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: your use, misuse, or handling of our products, including any harm resulting from administration to a person or animal; any health claim, dosing guidance, or representation you make to anyone else about our products; any marketing or promotional material you produce referencing them; any breach of this disclaimer or our terms; and any regulatory action brought against us because of something you did or said. This survives the closure of your account.

We work to keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we link to. We may revise this disclaimer at any time; changes take effect when posted, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Terms of Service
Please read these before using the site or placing an order. They set out what you agree to when you buy from purna+, a trading name of Purna Plus LLC, 901 Idlewood Rd, Glendale, CA 91202, United States.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of purnaplus.com and any purchase you make from purna+. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 21 years old and buying for legitimate research purposes. We may ask you to evidence your research credentials or institutional affiliation at any point, and we may refuse or cancel any order, or close any account, at our discretion — including where we are not satisfied with that evidence.
3. What we sell, and what it is for
Everything we sell is a research reagent for laboratory and in vitro use. It is not a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food additive, or household chemical, and it is not for human or veterinary use. Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the FDA and nothing on it is medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation to administer anything to a person or an animal. Placing an order confirms you understand and accept this.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are those displayed when your order is placed and may change without notice. Placing an order authorises us to charge your payment method for the total shown. Every order is subject to acceptance and to availability, and we may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it.
Where a price is obviously wrong — a typographical error, for instance — we may cancel rather than honour it, and will tell you before charging you.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs handling, or events outside our control.
7. Returns and replacements
Because these are research reagents whose condition depends on handling after delivery, we do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
We will replace product damaged in transit, once per order, where you contact us within 14 days of delivery with your tracking number and photographs of the vial and outer packaging as received. Reconstituted product is not eligible. We are not responsible for storage, handling, or reconstitution after delivery.
8. Memberships and recurring billing
Membership plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — at the price in effect at renewal, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and your benefits continue to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods except where the law requires it.
Membership credit is issued on your billing date, expires at the end of that billing month, does not roll over, is not transferable, and has no cash value. Membership discounts do not stack with promotional pricing; whichever is greater applies. We may change plan pricing or benefits on reasonable notice before your next renewal.
9. Referral and partner programme
Where we run a referral or partner programme, we set the commission rates, qualifying purchases, attribution window, and payout thresholds, and may change them on notice. We may withhold or forfeit commissions where referral activity is fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these terms, and we may end your participation at any time.
You are solely responsible for anything you publish that references purna+. Your content must comply with the FTC's disclosure requirements and must never suggest our products are for human consumption, therapeutic use, or anything other than laboratory research. We do not endorse partner content and are not responsible for it.
10. Things you must not do
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent who you are or who you are affiliated with.
- Disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape it by automated means.
- Resell our products without our written authorisation.
- Use, or encourage anyone else to use, our products in a way inconsistent with laboratory research.
- Solicit, provide, or discuss human or animal dosing of anything bought from us — whether with our staff, in reviews, or on any other channel.
- Market, label, or present any product bought from us as fit for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application.
Breaching the last two in particular may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of open orders, and a permanent ban.
11. Assumption of risk
You purchase, possess, handle, store, and use our products entirely at your own risk. These are research chemicals for in vitro laboratory use. You accept all risk arising from storage, handling, contamination, degradation, misuse, or any application of a product to any person or animal, and you waive claims against purna+ arising from your use or misuse of them, to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all products are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will meet your research requirements or produce any particular result, that its purity or composition will remain unchanged after delivery, that information on this site is complete or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. A certificate of analysis records testing results at the time of analysis and is not a warranty of fitness for any specific application.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, purna+ and its owners, officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the site or from any product, including personal injury, illness, death, property damage, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to it. This applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if we were advised such damages were possible.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless purna+, its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss, liability, fine, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
- Your use, misuse, or handling of any product, including injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from administration to any person or animal.
- Any claim, representation, or advice you give anyone about our products — health claims, therapeutic benefits, or dosing guidance included.
- Any advertising, review, testimonial, social post, or promotional material you publish referencing us, as a customer, partner, or otherwise.
- Any breach of these terms, or of any law or third-party right.
- Any regulatory action brought against us because of your actions or statements.
This survives the closure of your account. We may assume the defence of any matter you are indemnifying, at your expense, and you will not settle it without our written consent.
15. Intellectual property
The site's text, images, product photography, logos, and code belong to purna+ or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or make derivative works from them without our written permission.
16. Your information
We collect and use the information you give us in order to run the site, fulfil orders, take payment, provide support, meet our legal obligations, and — where you have agreed — to send you marketing. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time; transactional messages about your orders will continue.
How we collect, use, share, and retain your information, and the rights you have over it, are set out in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms waives a right that the law makes non-waivable.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account and refuse further service at our discretion, including for breach of these terms, suspected misuse of product, failure to evidence research credentials, or conduct we judge harmful to our business or our other customers. Closure does not release you from obligations that survive it, indemnification included.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any proceeding shall be brought in the state or federal courts of California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you before it takes effect.
20. Severability, waiver, entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us and replace earlier communications. Nothing said by any member of our staff through support, email, or social media changes them unless we confirm it in writing.

What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who we are
purna+ is operated by Purna Plus LLC, 901 Idlewood Rd, Glendale, CA 91202. In this policy “we” means Purna Plus LLC, and “you” means anyone using purnaplus.com or ordering from us. If you have a question about anything here, write to contact@purnaplus.com.

We never see your full card number. Card data is entered on, and held by, our payment processor. It does not reach our servers.
Information collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and cookie identifiers.

Consent to marketing is never a condition of buying anything. Unsubscribing stops marketing; messages about an order you have placed will still reach you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Payment processors — to take payment and handle chargebacks.
- Carriers — the name and address needed to deliver a parcel.
- Infrastructure and email providers — hosting, the database, and transactional email.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where required.
- Authorities — where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the buyer. We would tell you before that happened, and this policy would continue to apply to information collected under it until the buyer gave you notice of any change.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary — keeping you signed in, remembering your order — and, where you allow it, analytics cookies that tell us which pages are used. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser; strictly necessary ones cannot be switched off without breaking the order basket and sign-in.

7. How we protect it
The site is served over TLS, so traffic between your browser and us is encrypted. Card data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor rather than by us. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it to do their job.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the required time.
8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to a particular use.
- Send your data to you or another provider in a portable format.
- Stop marketing to you.
Write to contact@purnaplus.com. We will respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity first.
9. California residents
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you may ask what categories of personal information we collect, where it comes from, why we use it, and who we disclose it to; ask for a copy or for deletion; ask us to correct it; and limit the use of sensitive personal information.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to fulfil an order. Exercising these rights will never mean worse pricing or service.
10. Other US states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comparable laws have broadly the same rights to access, correct, delete, and port their information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Use the same contact email above. Where a state gives you a right to appeal a refusal, tell us and we will review it.
11. If you are outside the United States
We operate from the United States, so using the site means your information is transferred there, where privacy law differs from your own. If you are in the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer and you keep your rights under the UK GDPR or GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
12. Age
This site is for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and will delete it promptly if we discover we have.
13. Other sites
Where we link out, we are not responsible for the other site's privacy practices. Read their policy before giving them anything.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights we will make reasonable efforts to tell you rather than rely on you noticing.

Returns & Refunds
Every order is covered against damage in transit. If it arrives compromised, we replace it — we would rather reship than have you work with material whose handling is in question.
Read this first
Because these are research reagents whose condition depends on storage and handling after delivery, we cannot accept returns of product that has left our control. What we do instead is replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or simply wrong. There are no refunds for change of mind.
How a claim works
Photograph it
Before anything else, photograph the vial and the outer packaging exactly as they arrived. Without that we cannot verify what happened in transit, and the claim will fail.

Send the photographs to contact@purnaplus.com with your order and tracking numbers. We reply within one business day.
We reship
Once verified, a replacement ships at no cost to you, from a released lot with its own certificate of analysis.

How long it takes

Report a damaged orderAffiliate Terms
What you agree to when you refer someone to purna+. The short version: be accurate, disclose that you earn from it, and never suggest these compounds are for people.
The rule that matters most
Never present our products as fit for human or animal use, and never give dosing guidance. Not in a caption, not in a reply, not in a direct message. Marketing that reads as consumer health promotion is what gets suppliers in this field cut off by their payment processors and investigated by regulators — so a breach here ends your participation immediately, with no warning step.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 21, legally able to enter contracts where you live, and give us accurate information. If we have closed your partner account before, you may not rejoin unless we reinstate you in writing.
2. You are not our representative
You are an independent referrer. You are not our employee, agent, contractor, or partner in the legal sense, and you cannot bind us, take payment for us, negotiate for us, or present yourself as our spokesperson. Do not register domains, handles, or email addresses that could be mistaken for ours.
3. Using our name and artwork
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to share your referral link and to name our products accurately. You may not alter our logo or product photography, create lookalike branding, or imply we endorse or sponsor you. The licence ends automatically if your account is suspended or closed.
4. What you publish is yours
You are responsible for everything you post that references purna+ — its accuracy, its legality, and its consequences. We do not review or approve your content in advance and we are not its publisher or endorser.
You must never:
- Describe our products as suitable or safe for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or self-administration.
- Give dosing, administration, or cycling instructions of any kind.
- Claim or imply that any product treats, prevents, cures, or diagnoses anything.
- Make health, performance, hormonal, anti-ageing, recovery, weight-loss, or aesthetic claims.
- Misstate the discount, invent time-limited offers, or otherwise mislead people about pricing.
- Bid on our brand name in paid search, or use our marks in a domain in a way that confuses people about who is selling.
- Promote us on platforms that forbid it, or on any channel aimed primarily at people under 21.
- Self-refer, stuff cookies, generate fake clicks, or otherwise inflate your commissions.
The first four are the ones that end accounts immediately. They are also the ones that put our ability to process payments at risk, which is why we enforce them without discretion.
5. Disclosure is not optional
Every post, video, story, or message containing your link or code must clearly disclose that you earn from it. “#ad”, “#affiliate”, or plain wording like “I earn a commission from this link” all work. It must be visible without expanding a caption or hunting through fine print. This is the FTC's Endorsement Guides, not our preference, and it applies wherever your audience is.
6. Lawful conduct
You will follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam rules such as CAN-SPAM and CASL, advertising and consumer-protection law, privacy law, and intellectual property rights. No unsolicited bulk messaging, scraping, impersonation, synthetic media purporting to show our staff or products, or anything else designed to deceive people or distort programme metrics.
7. Commissions and payouts
Rates, the attribution window, and payout thresholds are those published on the Partner Program page and may change on notice. Commission is earned on completed, paid orders and is reversed if an order is refunded, charged back, or found fraudulent. Commission is calculated on merchandise value after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. Your code cannot be combined with a membership discount — whichever is larger applies.
Payouts are made monthly, once your balance exceeds $50. We may withhold, delay, offset, or reclaim commission where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the referral activity is fraudulent, and where we do so we will tell you why.
8. Tax and verification
You are responsible for your own taxes on anything we pay you. We do not gross up payments or advise on tax, and we will file the informational returns the law requires, such as a 1099-NEC where applicable.
Before we can pay you, our payment provider must verify your identity, screen you against sanctions lists, and collect a valid tax form. These are legal requirements under US law, not our policy, and we cannot pay anyone who does not clear them. If verification fails, we will hold your balance and tell you what is missing so you can fix it.
9. Warnings, strikes and appeals
We would rather correct a problem than close an account, so:
- A first, minor, fixable breach normally gets a warning, which does not count toward suspension.
- A strike counts. Three active strikes suspend the account.
- Strikes stop counting 365 days after they are issued.
- You may appeal within 30 days by writing to us. Counting pauses while we review.
- Serious breaches — fraud, or repeated medical claims — suspend the account immediately, regardless of count.
We will email you the reason and how to appeal within one business day of any strike. We may depart from this sequence where the breach is serious enough to warrant it.
10. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your participation where you breach these terms, where referral activity appears fraudulent, or where continuing would put our regulatory or payment-processing position at risk. We will tell you the reason. Commission already earned on legitimate orders is still paid, less anything reversed under the section above.
You can leave at any time. On closure your link stops working and you must remove content presenting you as an active partner.
11. Checks and cooperation
We may review your content, traffic sources, and referred orders for compliance. If we ask you to take something down, do it within 24 hours. Refusing to cooperate with a review is itself a breach.
12. Confidentiality
Non-public information we share about the programme — commission structures, conversion data, unreleased products, internal plans — stays confidential, during your participation and after it ends.
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold purna+ harmless from claims, regulatory actions, damages, fines, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your acts or omissions, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your dealings with anyone you refer. We may take over the defence of such a matter, and you will not settle it without our written consent.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The programme is provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties to the extent the law allows, including that the programme will be uninterrupted, error free, or profitable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability relating to the programme is limited to the commission actually paid to you in the six months before the claim.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and proceedings shall be brought in its state or federal courts.
[If you want binding arbitration and a class-action waiver here, have a lawyer draft it. Note that any arbitration clause should carry a genuine opt-out window, and that programme terms which combine total payout discretion with a class waiver are the ones most often struck down.]
16. Changes, notices and the rest
We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted with a new date, and material changes will be flagged to you before they apply to you. Notices to you go to your account email and are treated as received within 24 hours. Notices to us go to contact@purnaplus.com.
If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. We may assign these terms to a successor; you may not assign them without our consent. Neither of us is liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms, with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement about the programme. Sections 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive termination.

Certificates of Analysis
A certificate is your proof that what is on the label is what is in the vial. Every lot is assayed before release and ships with its own.
How a lot is tested
HPLC purity
High-performance liquid chromatography separates the sample and quantifies each component, which is what the purity figure on the certificate actually measures.
Mass spectrometry
Molecular weight is measured and compared against the expected value for the compound, confirming the vial holds what the label says.
Identity confirmation
Sequence confirmation checks the compound against its research reference, so a close analogue cannot pass as the real thing.
Appearance and content
Each lot is checked for appearance, fill, and content before release, and those checks are recorded against the lot number.
